These Terms of Service, Membership, Community Conduct & Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern your registration, purchase, participation in and use of services provided by LoveLife Health Center, operated by Dr. Neelam Upadhyay (“Dr. Neelam”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Service Provider”).
LoveLife Health Center provides integrative, traditional, natural and non-pharmacological wellness and healing guidance through consultations, healing programs, memberships, educational sessions, community support, workshops and related services.
These Terms apply to all members, clients, participants and users of our paid or complimentary programs, online communities, WhatsApp groups, webinars, consultations, digital resources and other services offered by LoveLife Health Center.
By registering, making a payment, joining a Community, attending a session, accessing program material or otherwise participating in our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, join or participate in the applicable service.
LoveLife Health Center follows an integrative approach incorporating natural, traditional, educational, lifestyle and other non-pharmacological approaches and therapies as determined by Dr. Neelam.
The programs may include guidance relating to nutrition, lifestyle, wellness practices, therapeutic techniques, exercises, educational principles and other approaches forming part of the applicable program.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the programs do not involve the prescription, dispensing or supply of pharmaceutical medicines by LoveLife Health Center.
The services provided may vary depending on an individual's circumstances, history, reports, requirements, participation and suitability for a particular program.
Dr. Neelam may determine, at her professional discretion, whether a particular individual or condition is suitable for a particular program or approach.
Participation in a program does not guarantee that a particular therapy, protocol, exercise, practice or approach will be suitable for every individual.
Individual results vary.
LoveLife Health Center and Dr. Neelam do not guarantee a particular health, wellness, therapeutic, emotional, physical or personal outcome.
Testimonials, patient experiences, case studies, examples or statements regarding outcomes represent individual experiences and should not be understood as a promise that another person will achieve the same result.
Our programs are intended to be complementary to appropriate healthcare.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as directing a participant to discontinue prescribed medication, surgery, medical supervision, rehabilitation or any other treatment recommended by a qualified registered medical practitioner.
Members are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical care where required.
In an emergency or where symptoms require urgent medical evaluation, members should seek appropriate emergency or medical care rather than relying upon the Community or online communication channels.
The website of LoveLife Health Center also states that its healing programmes are complementary and should be undertaken alongside, rather than in replacement of, guidance from a registered medical practitioner.
Membership is personal to the person who purchases or is formally enrolled into the applicable program.
You must provide accurate and current information during registration, consultation, onboarding and throughout your participation.
Depending on the membership purchased, access may include:
One-to-one consultations;
Personal guidance;
Group sessions;
Healing sessions;
Educational sessions;
WhatsApp or other Community groups;
Educational material;
Digital resources;
Recordings, where applicable;
Exercises or practices;
Program protocols;
Progress-related guidance; and
Other services expressly included in the purchased membership.
The precise services included will depend upon the particular membership or program purchased.
LoveLife Health Center currently presents structured healing memberships and a staged healing journey on its website, including personalised consultation, suitability assessment and membership enrolment.
The quality and appropriateness of guidance may depend upon the information provided by the member.
You agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate and materially complete to the best of your knowledge.
This includes, where relevant:
Health history;
Existing conditions;
Previous treatments;
Current treatments;
Current medication;
Reports and investigations;
Allergies or sensitivities;
Relevant lifestyle information;
Previous procedures or surgeries; and
Any other material information reasonably requested by Dr. Neelam or the Service Provider.
You must not knowingly conceal, falsify, manipulate or misrepresent material information.
If it is subsequently established that a member intentionally provided materially false or misleading information that could reasonably affect the guidance or service provided, the Service Provider may review the member's case and may suspend or terminate the membership.
Any refund in such circumstances shall be determined after reviewing the facts and circumstances and shall not be treated as an automatic entitlement, subject to applicable law.
Members are expected to participate responsibly and respectfully.
Where guidance, exercises, practices, educational material or protocols are provided, members are responsible for making informed decisions regarding their participation and for communicating relevant concerns to Dr. Neelam or the authorised team.
Members should promptly communicate any significant difficulty, adverse experience, concern or change in circumstances that may reasonably affect their participation.
Failure to follow the guidance provided may affect the experience or outcome of the program.
However, following the guidance does not create a guarantee of a particular outcome.
LoveLife Health Center communities are built on trust, respect, privacy, safety and mutual support.
Every member must treat other members with dignity.
Members must not:
Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate or abuse another member;
Use insulting, humiliating, derogatory or discriminatory language;
Misguide, intentionally mislead or manipulate another member;
Give another member unauthorised medical or therapeutic instructions;
Diagnose another member;
Tell another member to stop prescribed medication or medical treatment;
Make promises or guarantees regarding another member's health or results;
Pressure another member to purchase a product, program or service;
Solicit another member for business, employment, coaching, therapy, products or services;
Attempt to recruit members into another community, program, organisation or business without permission;
Share another member's personal information without appropriate permission;
Share another member's photographs, videos, phone number, email address, reports or personal circumstances without permission;
Record, screenshot or distribute private Community communications without appropriate permission;
Create or participate in discussions intended to shame, isolate, intimidate or target another member;
Spread knowingly false or misleading information about another member, Dr.Neelam, LoveLife Health Center or its programs;
Impersonate Dr. Neelam or any authorised representative;
Represent personal opinions as official instructions from Dr. Neelam;
Use Community information for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission;
Engage in unlawful activity; or
Engage in any conduct that reasonably threatens the privacy, safety, dignity or wellbeing of another participant.
Members participate in the Community as participants, not as representatives of LoveLife Health Center.
A member's personal experience does not constitute professional advice to another member.
Members must not present themselves as being authorised by Dr. Neelam to provide:
Diagnosis;
Treatment instructions;
Therapy instructions;
Medication advice;
Medical opinions;
Guaranteed recovery advice; or
Official LHC guidance.
If a member has a question regarding their health, program, protocol or suitability, the appropriate person to contact is Dr. Neelam or an officially authorised representative of LoveLife Health Center.
For official matters concerning a member's program, guidance, membership, refund, complaint, treatment-related question or other service-related matter, Dr. Neelam or an officially authorised representative of LoveLife Health Center shall be the appropriate point of contact.
Community members are not authorised agents, representatives, therapists, counsellors, administrators or spokespersons of LoveLife Health Center merely because they are members of the Community.
A member must not rely upon another member's statement as an official statement of Dr.Neelam or LoveLife Health Center.
Because Community members may be able to see one another's names, telephone numbers, photographs, messages or other personal information, such access is provided solely for legitimate Community participation.
Access to another member's contact information does not constitute consent to contact that person privately.
Unless permission has been obtained from Dr. Neelam or an authorised representative, members must not:
Call another Community member;
Send private WhatsApp messages to another member;
Add another member to another WhatsApp group;
Contact another member through social media;
Request personal contact details from another member;
Use another member's telephone number for any personal or commercial purpose;
Approach another member for business;
Solicit another member;
Send promotional material; or
Contact another member repeatedly after being asked to stop.
If a member wishes to communicate privately with another member for a legitimate Community-related purpose, the member must first seek permission through Dr. Neelam or an authorised Community representative.
Permission may be granted, denied or withdrawn based on the circumstances.
This rule is intended to protect Community members from unwanted contact, harassment, solicitation, manipulation and misuse of personal information.
Harassment of Community members will not be tolerated.
This includes, without limitation:
Repeated unwanted calls or messages;
Threats;
Intimidation;
Sexual or inappropriate communication;
Persistent personal questioning;
Unwanted solicitation;
Pressure to meet privately;
Attempts to obtain private information;
Sharing someone's photograph without permission;
Public humiliation;
Coordinated targeting of another member; or
Any conduct that makes another member reasonably feel unsafe or harassed.
Any concern should be reported directly to Dr. Neelam or the authorised Community representative.
Members should not attempt to resolve serious complaints through confrontation, retaliation or public arguments inside the Community.
Members may share personal, family, lifestyle or health-related information during Community interactions.
Such information must be treated as confidential.
Members must not, without appropriate permission:
Forward another member's messages;
Screenshot private discussions for distribution;
Record private sessions;
Publish another member's photograph;
Share another member's telephone number;
Share reports or documents;
Discuss another member's personal circumstances outside the Community; or
Use Community information for personal, commercial or promotional purposes.
Members should also exercise caution before sharing highly sensitive information in a group environment because other participants may be able to see information posted within the group.
Where sessions are recorded and recordings are made available to members, such recordings are provided only for the personal use of authorised participants unless otherwise stated.
Members must not:
Re-upload recordings;
Sell recordings;
Share recordings outside the authorised Community;
Publish recordings on social media;
Distribute recordings to non-members;
Extract and commercially use content; or
Modify and redistribute program content.
All intellectual property associated with LoveLife Health Center and its programs, including but not limited to:
Program frameworks;
Written materials;
Videos;
Audio;
Presentations;
Workbooks;
Exercises;
Educational resources;
Recordings;
Logos;
Branding;
Website content;
Training material; and
Proprietary methods and materials
belongs to or is lawfully used by LoveLife Health Center and/or its respective rights holders.
Membership provides a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access applicable materials for the purpose for which they were provided.
No member may reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, license, commercially exploit or create competing products from proprietary program materials without prior written permission.
The applicable program or membership fee will be communicated to the member before purchase.
The member is responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate.
Where third-party platforms are used for payment, booking, communication or delivery, the applicable third-party terms may also apply.
Any third-party platform fee, payment processing fee or other charge that is separately disclosed and not received by LoveLife Health Center may be excluded from the amount refundable by LoveLife Health Center, subject to applicable law.
